Work created for clients remains subject to the terms of the individual project agreement. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client as outlined in the project contract.

For client projects:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to work completed
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulcrux Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
