How do I get started with Vulcrux?
Simply head to our Contact page and fill out the project inquiry form, or email us directly at aagman.m@vulcrux.com. We'll respond within 24 hours (usually much faster) to schedule a discovery call.
What information should I have ready before contacting you?
It's helpful to have a rough idea of what you need (website, app, branding, etc.), your timeline, and your approximate budget. But even if you're just at the idea stage, we're happy to help you scope the project.
Do you work with startups or only established businesses?
We work with everyone — from early-stage founders to full enterprises. Some of our best work has been for startups building their very first product.

What services does Vulcrux offer?
We offer web design & development, UI/UX design, AI automation, social media management, brand identity, SEO, video editing, and digital strategy.
How much does a typical project cost?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. A simple landing page might start at ₹15,000–₹40,000, while a full-featured web app or brand identity overhaul can range from ₹80,000–₹5,00,000+. We always provide a transparent quote before starting.
Do you offer monthly retainer packages?
Yes! We offer monthly retainers for ongoing services like social media management, website maintenance, SEO, and content creation. Contact us for a custom package.
Can I start with a small project?
Absolutely. We have no minimum project size. Many long-term client relationships started with a single landing page or logo.
⚙️Process & Timeline
How long does a project typically take?
Timelines vary by project: a landing page takes 5–10 days, a multi-page website 3–6 weeks, and a full product or branding project can take 6–12 weeks. We always agree on a timeline upfront.
What does the design & development process look like?
We follow a structured process: Discovery → Wireframes & Design → Development → Testing → Launch. Each stage involves client review and approval before moving forward.
How many revision rounds are included?
Our standard projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions per design stage. Additional revisions beyond scope are billed at our hourly rate.
Will I own the final files and code?
Yes. Upon full payment, you own all deliverables — source files, design assets, and code. We don't hold your work hostage.
📄Payments & Legal
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and international payments via Wise or PayPal for overseas clients.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we're happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any project discussions if you require confidentiality.
What happens if I'm not happy with the work?
We work collaboratively throughout the project to ensure you love the result. If issues arise, we'll work to resolve them. Our revision process is designed to catch problems early.
